Processing

Whole cherries are dried naturally for up to forty five days, developing a wine like body and rich, fruit forward complexity.
Roasting

Light-medium roast enhances fruit and spice tones, creating layers of wine gum, blackcurrant and red pepper.
Brewing

Filter brewing allows Philosopher’s structure and character to unfold gradually, revealing depth without heaviness. Brewed as espresso or using immersion methods such as phin or AeroPress, it becomes denser and more compact, with a firmer, more assertive edge.

Espresso
