Roasting

Medium roasted to highlight caramel richness and ripe fruit notes, creating a smooth and balanced body.
Brewing

Filter brewing highlights balance and structure, allowing sweetness and texture to emerge gradually. Brewed as espresso or using immersion methods such as phin or AeroPress, it develops greater density and richness with a heavier, more indulgent feel.

Whole Bean

Maximum freshness and full control. Preserves flavour longer and gives you the freedom to grind exactly how you like, depending on your brew method.

Espresso

Fine grind for pressure-based brewing. Works best with espresso machines, Moka pots, and Phin filters. Produces a rich, concentrated cup.

This is not what I expected from Robusta at all. Sweet, fruity, and surprisingly delicate. Brewed it as filter and it completely changed my perception!!

Really smooth and easy to drink, with a subtle sweetness and a bit of fruitiness that’s not overpowering. It’s light but still has depth, and works great as a filter coffee. A nice change if you want something a little different but still very approachable.
