Farming

Grown high on Lang Biang Mountain by families who have cultivated Arabica for generations. Cool air and shade preserve delicate floral character in every cherry.
Processing

Double washed for exceptional clarity. Precise fermentation and rinsing bring out jasmine fragrance, bright acidity and a clean finish.
Roasting

Medium roasted to preserve balance and aromatic complexity, showcasing the pure expression of high mountain Arabica.
Brewing

Filter brewing allows Visionary’s clarity and lift to unfold cleanly and evenly. Brewed as espresso or using immersion methods such as AeroPress, it becomes more compact and concentrated, with added weight and reduced sparkle.

Whole Bean

Maximum freshness and full control. Preserves flavour longer and gives you the freedom to grind exactly how you like, depending on your brew method.

Espresso

Fine grind for pressure-based brewing. Works best with espresso machines, Moka pots, and Phin filters. Produces a rich, concentrated cup.

Filter

Medium grind for gentler extraction. Works best with pour-over (V60), Chemex, AeroPress, and drip coffee makers. Produces a cleaner, more aromatic cup.

Coarse

Larger grind for immersion brewing. Works best with French press and cold brew. Produces a fuller mouthfeel with rounded, mellow flavours.

Community

Super clean, elegant, and very easy to drink. Brewed it on V60 and it was floral without being overwhelming. Exactly what I want from a lighter filter coffee.

This feels really refined. You can tell it’s been roasted carefully. Great clarity and a nice sweetness as it cools. Would recommend!

First initial thoughts upon opening the bag, light brown in colour, lovely roasted scent with hints of a fruity aroma. I used a phin filter as my choice of brewing. I first tried it black, the hints of jasmine and sugarcane came through and then ended with an ever so slightly sharp hint of fruit. I couldn't just finish it without giving it the traditional Vietnamese treatment so I added condensed milk. Even better!! The sweetness from the condensed milk really seems to enhance the flavours especially the tones of raspberry. I highly recommend trying it with condensed milk if you like your coffee a little more on the sweet and creamy side! Great first purchase
