How should I store my coffee?

Keep it in a cool, dry place, sealed tight and away from light. No fridge or freezer needed.

Is your coffee suitable for espresso or filter?

Each coffee is roasted to bring out its best. Explorer and Voyager work beautifully as espresso or a fuller-bodied filter brew, while the others are more expressive as filter coffees.

Do you sell ground coffee?

Yes. You can choose “Ground” directly on the product page before adding your coffee to the cart.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email hello@newbreed.coffee and we’ll do our best to help.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We roast in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after purchase. Orders placed on weekends will be sent the following Monday.

How is my order shipped?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email hello@newbreed.coffee and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I return my coffee?

As a food product, we can’t accept returns once opened, but if something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Information

We roast in small batches and dispatch the next working day whenever possible. Orders placed at weekends ship the following Monday.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–4 working days from dispatch. £3.50 flat rate on orders under £35. Free delivery on orders £35 and over.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Delays or Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days, email hello@newbreed.coffee and we’ll sort it out.

Privacy Matters

We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.
When you shop with us or join our mailing list, we collect only the details needed to process your order, manage your account, or send updates you’ve chosen to receive. We never sell or share your data with anyone else. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
