The Supernatural process involves open fermentation where oxygen interacts with the coffee cherries, encouraging wild yeast activity and vivid flavour development before drying on raised beds.
Roasting
Light medium roasted to preserve brightness and showcase wild aromatics and tropical complexity.
Brewing
Rewards slower, more deliberate brewing, with pour-over unlocking tropical and purple-cherry aromatics in fine detail and extended extraction enhancing its structure to reveal a layered, refined finish.
