Processing

Semi washed for balance between natural sugars and clean body. Precision timing brings harmony to each layer of flavour.
Roasting

Medium roasted to bring out creamy Nutella sweetness and soft caramel popcorn tones.
Brewing

Unfolds its indulgent profile through controlled pour-over brewing, where depth and sweetness show with clarity and precision. Immersion methods such as phin or AeroPress produce a denser, dessert-like cup with heightened richness and weight.
